Privacy Policy

Tenn is an iPhone app for recording mahjong results and player statistics on your device. This policy explains how Tenn handles data.

Last updated: July 29, 2026 Provider: Yasushi Ikeda

1. Data collected by the developer

The developer does not collect personal information, usage information, device information, advertising identifiers, or other data through Tenn. The app has no developer-operated server, user accounts, advertising, analytics, or tracking.

2. Data stored on your device

Player names, game dates, scores, chips, participation status, and settings entered by the user are stored on the user's device. This data is used only to provide the app's recording, calculation, statistics, and chart features.

3. Exporting and sharing

At the user's request, Tenn can export the following data from the device:

  • Images of result sheets or player statistics
  • JSON backups containing player and game data

The user chooses where exported data is saved or shared. After sharing, the selected destination's privacy policy applies. The developer cannot access the exported content or its destination.

4. Data retention and deletion

Data remains on the device until the user deletes it. Sheets and players can be deleted in Tenn. To remove a player name retained in a past sheet, the corresponding sheet must also be deleted. Deleting Tenn from the device also deletes the app's on-device data.

Backup files and previously shared images are not automatically deleted when Tenn is removed. The user is responsible for managing them at their saved or shared destinations.

5. Disclosure to third parties

Because the developer does not collect data through Tenn, user data is not sold, disclosed, or shared with third parties by the developer.

6. Children's privacy

Tenn is not designed as a service for children and does not collect age information.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Tenn's features or data practices change. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate method.
